We were delighted on Thursday, May 7 when we heard that we would be able to reopen our Parma hair salon!

We can’t tell you how much we have missed you and all the other clients who have helped Illusion Unlimited earn a spot not only among the best hair salons in Cleveland but also among the top salons in the United States. We sincerely hope that you and your near-and-dear ones are healthy and doing well. 

Our Beautiful New Normal

By the time we open our doors to you, you can be sure that we will have subjected every inch of every one of our Cleveland salons to a thorough cleaning that meets – or exceeds – all the health guidelines provided by the CDC. 

We are also going to make sure that we understand and fully implement the rules and safety guidelines included in Governor Mike DeWine’s order allowing us to reopen. Things will be a little different, but rest assured, there are some things that will never change at Illusion Unlimited:

  • We will continue to provide you with the personalized service and care you have come to expect from us. 
  • We will still bathe our salons with ‘day-light’ lighting, which is better for you and which really improves the end result of our hair color services. 
  • We will continue to use only the highest quality products and will weigh your color formula digitally to make sure you can get the same glorious shade time after time.

We really appreciate you and your business and we hope we can count on your patience as we establish the procedures needed to ensure your health and safety as well as the health and safety of the amazing team of stylists, colorists and support staff at our Parma, OH, salon location.
