Illusion Unlimited Salons COVID-19 Policies

  • Anyone showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted inside the salon.  If you are feeling sick, we will gladly reschedule your appointment for a time when you are in good health.
  • All employees and guests are required to wear face masks at all time while on premise.
  • Guests will be able to purchase a disposable, around-the-ear mask for a $1.  If you are getting a color service, we are not responsible if color gets on your mask.
  • Due to social distancing rules, please try to arrive at your scheduled appointment time as we have limited space in our waiting room areas.  The number of guests in the salon is limited to 50% of our normal capacity.  Any late arrivals may need to be rescheduled due to our strict sanitation schedule and guidelines.
  • Only guests receiving services are permitted inside the salon unless accompanying a minor or for any guest who needs additional assistance.
  • Sanitation stations and restrooms are available for guests to wash and sanitize their hands upon entering the salon.
  • We have temporarily removed our self-serve beverage stations.  Outside food & beverages are not permitted in the salon at this time.
  • Each salon location has designated hours for seniors and high-risk guests.
  • In order for Illusions Unlimited to continue to provide our guests with the quality of service they have been accustomed to and love, a minimal fee will be added to each visit.

Cancellation & Lateness Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card may be required required to hold your appointment.  Appointments cancelled within in 48 hours will incur a charge of 25% of the service amount, within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount and appointments that result in a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount.    Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment we
may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.  We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-48 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment and the necessary adjustments will be made.

Personal Professional Recommendation Only
Our products will only perform at an optimum level when personally recommended by our licensed professionals. Our Internet sales are currently limited to gift cards, hardware goods and educational materials. We will never sell professional line hair or nail care liquid products (shampoos, conditioners, hair sprays, ect.) over the Internet.

Product Return Policy
Illusion Unlimited Salons stands behind all of our products. Should you feel less than 100% satisfied, please return your items within 30 days and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund. All return products must contain more than three fourths of the original product and be in their original packaging. Seasonal or clearance items are final sale. Appliances are guaranteed through the manufacturer.

Warranties
All hard goods (styling appliances) have a warranty from the manufacturer, which must be filled out and sent to that manufacturer. Refer to that manufacturer in the event of product failure once the product has been registered and placed in service.

Shipping
Every effort is made to ship your order within two business days of receipt of order, unless you suggest otherwise. We suggest you allow four to five business days during the peak gift giving seasons of Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All Gift Certificates will be sent USPS Mail.

Order Accuracy
Illusion Unlimited Salons are not liable for customer errors that result in over or under ordering of a product. During the checkout process, you are provided with a total quantity and cost of the order prior to the order being submitted. You have the option to add or remove items, or reduce or increase the quantity ordered.
