What If I Need To Cancel Or Miss An Appointment?
At Illusion Unlimited Salon we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for our guests and team members. Our team understands that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment causing necessary adjustments; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time as well as other guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. This is our service providers’ way of making a living.
As a courtesy to our guests and team members appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advanced via text/ email because we know how easily it is to forgot an appointment you booked months ago. Any cancellation made after the 24 hour required cancellation period will be subjected to a 50% charge of your service fee. No-show or missed appointments with no courtesy call are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service.
*Please note: When you receive your text/ email reminder you are required to reply “Yes” to confirm. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the salon directly to cancel or reschedule for another date.
*Please note: No-show or missed appointments may require a deposit to schedule a new appointment or may require you to book same-day appointments.
*Please note: If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
Are There Deposits For Appointments?
A deposit of $100 is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer (Ex. smoothing services, corrective color, balayage, etc.). This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. Any cancelations or rescheduling of your appointment requires a 24 hour notice to receive a full deposit refund.
– Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of your deposit forfeited.
– No-show or missed appointments will result in 100% of your deposit forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule an appointment.
*Please note: Hair extensions require a 50% non-returnable deposit due at the time of your consultation.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Services – Illusion Unlimited Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our guests and if you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact our salon coordinators within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion.
Salon Products – Illusion Unlimited Salon stands behind all of our salon products. Our team strives to recommend the best products to help you maintain your hair health and style. Should you feel less than 100% satisfied please return your items within 30 days and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund. All return products must contain more than three fourths of the original product and be in their original packaging. Seasonal or clearance items are final sale. Appliances are guaranteed through the manufacturer.

The “In-Balance” Design consultation is designed to bring balance to your appearance in three essential ways. Our hair designers create a hairstyle that:

- Makes your hair appear to balance your facial features.
- Encompasses the “Total You.” (How you feel about your appearance—what you like and don’t like about yourself—is the determining factor regarding your hairstyle and even the clothes you wear.)
